After reading about your burnt granola, I realized what might have been the problem. I had a lot more granola on my large baking sheets, so it takes much longer to bake. With a small amount on smaller sheets, it might take half of the time to bake. Sorry about that. If I had thought about this earlier, I would have mentioned it in the video. I will however, update the recipe to make note of it. I really appreciate reading your feedback.
Oh, and the key to the ribz is lots and lots of BBQ sauce.
Funny story about the lentil burgers. I haven't tried that recipe yet, but it's nice to have a heads-up on getting them to stick together.
